2150 grams Potato, raw 8 tbsp Sour Cream, reduced fat 8 large Hard Boiled Egg 6 medium (3-3/4" long) Dill Pickles 6 serving Green Onion (fresh-1 stalk) 24 Tbsp Mayonnaise Kirkland 1/2 fat light 15 mls (by SKYFLIER49) 15 sprigs Dill weed, fresh 1 tbsp Salt
Boil potatoes. Cool. Boil, unshell eggs, cool. Combine mayo, sour cream, salt, fresh dill and desired spices and let sit at least one hour. Once cooled combine all in a bowl. Fold in diced onion and diced dill pickles. Refrigerate and enjoy!
