Ingredients
16 oz Turkey - 99% Fat Free - Jennie O Extra Lean Ground Turkey Breast 16 tbsp Onion (raw), chopped 1 serving Bell Pepper, Green - 1 cup chopped (by MOSBOURNE) 1.5 serving carrots, 1 cup sliced or diced (by DEBBY777) 2 cup Zucchini (Grated) (by STEFANIE822) 1.5 cup Beans, black 4 serving search for each ingredient in a turkey sandwich vs "turkey sandwich with swiss on wheat" 2.5 cup Great Value Petite Diced Tomatoes No Salt Added canned tomatoes (by E32356) 1 cup (8 fl oz) Water, tap 3 tsp Fresh Oregano 1 teaspoon leaves (by CHUCKLES0719) 100 grams Cilantro, raw .66 tbsp *McCormick ground cumin (by CHGOMOMMA) 1 tsp Salt 6 tsp Goya Adobo (All Purpose Seasoning) (by TIARENEE) 1 tsp Goya Sazon Seasoning 1/4 of a packet (by MAKINGHERPROUD)
Directions
Sautee onion, garlic and bell pepper until wilted. Add carrots and sautee another ten minutes. Add ground turkey and cook until turkey is done. Add the rest of the ingredients. Cook on low heat for 2-3 hours.
