1 tsp Cumin seed 1 dash Salt 1 1tsp Sunflower Oil 2 clove Garlic 1 cup, sliced Onions, raw 1 cup, chopped or sliced Red Ripe Tomatoes 200 grams (M) Fish, Talapia (Fishin’)
Directions
mix all ingredients and put it over fish in oven safe dish till done
