4 cups Strawberries, fresh 1 .6 oz pkg. Jello - Sugar Free Strawberry Angelfood cake2 cup (8 fl oz) Water, tap 10 oz. pkg Fit & Active Lite Whipped Topping
Dissolve 1 .6 oz. Pkg. jello in 2 cups boiling water and cool in refrigerator 1 hour. Slice 2 cups of berries. Tear out center of whole angel food cake and tear into 1/2 pieces. When jello is cool, put it and two cups of berries and 1/2 8 oz. container of topping in to blender and blend until well mixed. Save a few berry slice for decorating dessert. mix remaining sliced berries and angel food cake pieces with jello mixture then spoon into cake center. Cool in refrigerator until jello in center of cake is set. Frost with remaining whipped topping and decorate top with berry slices.
