Bean and Crab Bisque

Ingredients
2 cups fat-free, reduced-sodium chicken broth1/2 cup fat-free mild or spicy black bean dip1 can (6 oz) crabmeat, drained4 tbsp reduced-fat or fat-free sour cream
Directions
Combine broth and dip in a 2-quart microwaveable baking dish. Cover and microwave on high 6 minutes, stirring halfway through (Or heat this mixture to desired temperature on stovetop). Add crabmeat and microwave on medium 2 minutes or heat through on stovetop. Serve in soup bowls. Top with 1 tablespoon sour cream.
