Sweet potato casserole

Ingredients
6 C. mashed sweet potatoes (canned yams)2 C. sugar2 eggs1/2 C. melted butter1 t. vanillamix, then add the topping...1 C. brown sugar1/2 C. butter1/3 C. flour1 C. pecans
Directions
Combine the first 5 ingredients and mash together (but don't mash too much). Combine the next 4 ingredients separately and then sprinkle over the other mixture.

Bake @ 350 degrees for one hour. Use 1/2 cup for each serving. Makes approximately 15 servings.
