Mill’s Homemade Hibachi Chicken

Ingredients
1 medium (2-1/2" dia) Onions, raw 1 cup, chopped Green Peppers (bell peppers) 8 oz Tyson boneless, skinless chicken breast 1 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil 5 Cup prepared Zatarain’s Bourbon Chicken Rice
Directions
Add olive oil to large skillet, cut up to bite size pieces the 8 Oz. Of chicken breast and fry in olive oil till pieces are done. Chop onions and green peppers to desired size (I like mine bite size also) and add to skillet with chicken and saute’. Prepare the Zatarain’s Bourbon Chicken Rice per package instructions. I fix mine right in the skillet with the chicken but you can prepare separately then combine.
