Ingredients
6-7 Onion Silces- Steamed3 oz. Extra Lean Pork Tenderloin 2 TBS Salsa1 Slice Provolone Veggie Slices Cheese1 Whole Wheat Hoagie Roll
Directions
Slice Onions & Tenderloin, steam onion slices in microwave about 1 minute or till limp. Meanwhile heat salsa in small saucepan, add pork loin slices.

When pork and salsa are heated place on bottom of whole wheat hoagie roll, arrange warm limp onion slices over meat/salsa and then tear Veggie Slices cheese to fit over top. Place under broiler or toaster oven just to melt, about 30 seconds. Place top of roll on sandwich.
