2- 15.25 oz cans black beans -no salt added- drained and rinsed 1- 10 oz can Diced tomatoes & Green Chillis 2 Avocados diced1/3 cup, chopped Onions, raw 1/2 cup bottled Italian salad dressing(or use your homemade dressing)1 tbsp Lime Juice
Drain and rinse beans. put in large bowl and add all ingredients. DO NOT drain Rotel. Add full contents of can. For fewer calories, use a no fat salad dressing.
