Gaspacho Blanco

1 Cucumber seeded peeled and chopped 2 cup large garlic cloves minced1/2 cup chicken broth1/2 cup sour cream 2 TBL white balsamic vinegar 2 tsp sugar
Directions
Combine all ingredients in a food processor add salt and white pepper to taste.
