Peanut Butter Oatmeal Balls

Ingredients
1 cup dry Oatmeal (can use gluten free)1/2 cup Peanut Butter - Peter Pan 100% Natural Creamy 1/3 cup Honey 1 cup, shredded Coconut, raw (optional)1/2 cup *Flax Seed Meal (ground flax) 1/2 cup Nestle Semi Sweet Chocolate Chip Morsels 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
Directions
Mix all ingredients together in a large bowl with a wooden spoon or spatula. Cover and refrigerate 30 minutes. Form into balls. Store in covered container in refrigerator.
