Lisa's Ham, Egg, Cheese quiche

Ingredients
4 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw 1 serving Yogurt 1 C Nonfat Greek Strained Yogurt Fage Brand 4 oz Chedder Cheese, medium, Tillamook 4 tbsp Cheese, Parmigiano Reggiano (by EDMINN) 0.25 cup Flour - Gold medal all purpose flour 3 serving Green Onion (fresh-1 stalk) 1.5 serving Milk Reduced Fat Milk 2% Great Value ( 1 cup serving) 1 tbsp Butter, unsalted .5 cup, diced Ham, regular (11% fat) 3 tsp Sriracha Hot Sauce (Rooster sauce)
Directions
Preheat oven to 350f
Mix all ingredients, except butter.
Melt butter into cast iron frying pan.
When hot/sizzly, add the mixed ingredients, and place into oven
Remove when set, and lightly browned on the edges.
