8 cup Chicken Stock, Kitchen Basics 3 cup Rana Cheese Lovers Tortellini 1 large (7-1/4" to 8-1/2" long) Carrots, raw 2 stalk, medium (7-1/2" - 8" lon Celery, raw .5 medium (2-1/2" dia) Onions, raw 1 tbsp Olive Oil 1 tsp, crumbled Bay Leaf .5 tsp Pepper, black 2 cup (8 fl oz) Water, tap 3 oz Baked Chicken Thigh (bone in w/out skin) 6 ounces Chicken Breast (cooked), no skin, roasted 1 clove garlic
Heat olive oil in pot. Chop all vegetables & saute in olive oil.
While vegetables are cooking, shred chicken. Add mashed garlic clove to pot & also bay leaf. When onions are translucent, add remaining ingredients. Cook about 10 minutes until tortellini is al dente. Serve.
