Keto Brisket Stir Fry

Ingredients
2 cup, chopped or diced Broccoli, fresh 2 cup Spinach, fresh 340 grams Cauliflower, raw 2 tbsp Butter, unsalted 3 tbsp Heavy Whipping Cream 3 tbsp Parmesan Cheese, grated 1 tbsp Soy Sauce 1 fl oz White Wine 8 oz Beef brisket 1 tsp Garlic Salt
Directions
Add butter and garlic salt to skillet to skillet and melt so the skillet is completely covered heat on medium to medium high. Chop brisket into 1/2 inch slivers (smaller if desired) and add to skillet. Heat brisket through then add the broccoli chopped into small pieces. Continue to stir until the broccoli is about 1/2 cooked, about 2 minutes. Then add the cauliflower also chopped into rice size pieces continue to stir for another 1 to 2 minutes. Add the spinach and stir for 30 seconds until the spinach is wilted. Add the Parmesan cheese and stir to mix. Add the white wine and soy sauce and mix quickly then add the heavy whipping cream. Stir for one more minute. Taste and season with salt and pepper if needed. Serve.
