Ingredients
4.0 cup, chopped Kale1.0 cup, sliced Almonds1.0 serving Apple - Honeycrisp, medium2.0 oz Romano Cheese5.0 tbsp Lime Juice, juice of 1 lime
Directions
De-rib and chop the kale. Squeeze lime juice over kale. Chop apple, finely. Add apple and almonds. Toss and add pecorino romano.
