Apple & Grape Chicken Salad

Ingredients
2 10 ounce cans of chicken in water2 tart green apples4 tablespoons lemon juice2/3 cup chopped grapes2/3 cup reduced fat sour cream2/3 cup Miracle Whip light
Directions
Drain water from cans of chicken. Add chicken to large bowl and shred. Core, peel and cut 2 tart green apples in 1/2 inch slices. Toss apples with 2 tablespoons lemon juice. Add apples and 2/3 cup chopped grapes to chicken. Toss well to mix. In a small bowl, whisk together 2/3 cup sour cream, 2/3 cup miracle whip and 2 tablespoons lemon juice. Add to chicken mixture. Toss again to combine well. Cover and chill salad for 1 hour or more. Serve on crackers. Serves 4-6.
