Ham & Potato Breakfast Casserole

8 large eggs1/3 cup of Milk (2% was used to calculate recipe)1/2 tsp Salt 1/2 tsp Pepper, black 1 can of Libby's Whole White Potatoes 6 oz John Morrell Diced Ham
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Spray a 9 inch pie pan with a non-stick cooking spray and set aside.
In a large mixing bowl, beat together the eggs and milk. Add the salt and pepper, then stir in the finely diced potatoes and ham.
Pour mixture into the greased pie pan, and bake for 20-25 minutes.
Serving Size: Makes 6 servings
