Medeterranean Salad

Ingredients
1 cup Kroger Quinoa 2 cup (8 fl oz) Water, tap 0.25 cup, chopped Onions, raw 0.75 fruit without seeds Lemons 2 tbsp Olive Oil 6 oz Tomato, grape --1 Cup Halved4 serving cucumber peeled, raw 1/2 cucumber --2 C Diced2.5 serving Olives, Kalmata 4 per serving --10 Sliced4 oz Cheese Feta Crumbled President 1 oz ----1/2 C 1 dash Salt 1 dash Pepper, black
Directions
Cook Quinoa in salted water,boil then simmer 15 min, leave covered for 5 min then put in lg bowl and fluff let cool
add vegetables
mix lemon jce with oil sprinkle over quinoa and veg
add feta cheese, refrig for a couple hours
