Ingredients
4.0 serving Indian, Aromatic Basmati Rice, aprox 3/4 cup1.0 cup Toor dal6.0 tsp Purity Farms Organic Ghee / Clarified Butter 1 tsp/5g=1serv4.0 tsp Ginger Root1.5 tbsp Cumin seed1.0 tsp Cardamom, ground0.5 pepper Hot Chili Peppers1.0 tsp Coriander seed1.0 cup Peas, canned
Directions
Soak rice and Toor dal overnight in the refrigerator. Then drain in the morning and boil for 45 minutes on very low fire. Heat ghee and add cumin seeds. Fry for a few seconds then add the rest of the spices. Add to the beans and rice mixture. Add the peas. If you wish add some Bragg amino acids.
