550 gram(s) Corn on the Cob, Sweet Corn, Medium Ear 908 grams Potato, raw 2 cup Dairy, Milk - Whole - 1 cup 1 tbsp Butter, salted 2 stalk, large (11"-12" long) Celery, raw 1 medium (2-1/2" dia) Onions, raw 1 tbsp Olive Oil 4 oz Bread Cheese (baked cheese), Juusto brand (by KEDIKAT)
Sautee aromatics in fats, add potatoes and hulled corn and cobs, simmer for 10 minutes, remove cobs and add milk. Brown cheese cubes, garnish.
