Ingredients
1.0 serving(s) Tru Roots Just Green Pea Fusilli Pasta1.0 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil0.5 medium whole (2-3/5" dia) Red Ripe Tomatoes2.0 tbsp Basil1.0 serving Chicken: Grilled Chicken Breast Strips, 3 oz/serving1.0 tbsp red wine vinegarOptional salt and pepper
Directions
Boil pasta to el dente (6 minutes). Chop tomatoes and basil. Drain and rinse pasta under cold water. Mix in oil, vinegar, tomatoes and basil. Add salt and pepper to taste. There you go.
