Ingredients
8 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw 7 serving Aldi's Fit & Active Shredded Sharp Cheddar Cheese - 1/4 cup (28g/1 oz)/serving .25 serving 1/2 cup skim milk 1 cup, chopped or diced Broccoli, fresh 1 cup Cauliflower, raw .5 cup, pieces or slices Mushrooms, fresh 5 spear, medium (5-1/4" to 7" lo Asparagus, fresh saltpepper
Directions
preheat oven to 375
spray 9x11 baking pan
microwave veggies to soften
add to baking pan
whisk eggs, milk and cheese
pour egg mixture over veggies
cook 35 minutes or till eggs fluffy
