Green Tomato veggie soup

Ingredients
3 medium green Tomatoes - diced2 cup cauliflower rice 1 medium Onions, raw 100 grams Canadian Bacon 1 cup Beef broth, bouillon, consomme WaterMontreal spices and Cumin to taste
Directions
Sauté the onion with the bacon (3-4 minutes). Add the diced tomato, stir for another 2 minutes before adding the remaining of veggies. Mix well. Add the broth and water to cover. Simmer for 10-15 minutes until veggies are softened. Adjust with salt pepper and spice as desired.
