Ingredients
1.0 head, large (6-7" dia) Cauliflower, raw8.0 cup (8 fl oz) Water, tap0.5 cup Whole Wheat Flour3.0 tbsp Coconut Oil - Nutiva Organic Extra-Virgin Coconut Oil0.5 cup Horizon Organic Fat Free Milk1.0 tbsp Cream, Land O Lakes Heavy Whipping Cream2.0 serving Blue Sky Family Farms-Large Free Range Brown Egg
Directions
Clean the leaves off of the cauliflower cut the cauliflower in 1/2 and laying the flat side on a board cut then lengthwise. Add salt to the water in the pan, bring to a boil. Add the cauliflower and boil for 15minutes. Separate 3 cups of the cooking liquid, drain the water from the vegetable. In a smaller pan, heat the oil and the add the flour, making a roux. Add the cooking water, the milk and the cream. The beat the eggs and add them to the sauce, which will make it thick. Add Bragg's amino acids and mix it. Pour over potatoes, rice or pasta.
