Keto Cheesy Cauliflower

Ingredients
6.0 cup (1" pieces) Cauliflower, cooked3.0 cup, shredded Cheddar Cheese1.0 cup, shredded Mozzarella Cheese, whole milk0.5 cup, fluid (yields 2 cups whipped) Heavy Whipping Cream
Directions
Boil cauliflower a large pot of boiling water. Drain when tender. Heat cream in a no stick skillet until it begins to simmer. Add cheddar and stir until cheese is melted and combined. For thick sauce, simmer for 15 minutes, whisking occasionally to prevent burning the sauce. Pour over cauliflower in cauliflower boil pot, and add mozzarella cheese. Stir to combine and serve immediately.
