0.5 cup Oat Meal (Quaker Oats - Old Fashioned - dry) 8 oz Almond Breeze Almond Milk, Original, refrigerated 0.5 tbsp Honey 1 extra small (less than 6" long) Banana, fresh
Directions
Put oatmeal in blender and grind it into powder. Add the rest of the ingredients and blend.
