1 tbsp Flax seed, Stober Farms natural milled golden flaxseed meal (by PALAKA5) 0.5 cup (not packed) Cottage Cheese, 1% Milkfat 15 gram(s) Quest protein powder - Salted Caramel 1 tsp Splenda 1.5 serving Egg whites, Egg Beater Liquid Egg Whites .5 tsp Baking Powder
Directions
Mix all ingredients together and cook in pan sprayed with pam. flip when edges start to firm.
