Lowfat Banana Raisin muffins

Ingredients
flourbaking powderbaking sodasalt egg whitesbananasugarcooking oillemon peel raisins
Directions
mix dry ingredients, in another bowl mix sugar, egg whites, banana, oil, lemon peel and raisins. Mix together. Bake for 40 min in muffin pan at 350. This can also be done as a bread cook for additional 10 minutes

    On the right hand side of this page, there is an ingredients details list. it shows you how much is in it. Some recipes, however, seem to be bugged and say 0, even though they have a nutrition count. so thankfully this one doesn't have that problem and you can use it to find out how much to use. - 8/22/08
