Apple Carrot Slaw

Ingredients
2 large (7-1/4" to 8-1/2" long) Carrots, raw shredded2 serving Granny smith apples - shredded1 serving Mariani , Premium Sweetened Dried Cranberries , 1/4 cup (30g) 1 teaspoon Honey .25 cup Mayonnaise, regular (mayo) .25 cup Sour Cream
Directions
1. Shred the carrots and apples, or slice the apples into matchstick size pieces (it was quicker to pop it in the food processor to shred)
2. Mix them together well in a large bowl.
3. Add the dried cranberries
4. In a separate bowl mix together the mayonnaise, sour cream and honey.
5. Pour over the slaw mixture and let sit at least an hour.

I made this after having it in a friend's retirement community. They just told me what was in it and I guessed at the proportions. It is pretty close. Very light and different.
