10 cup, chopped Kale .5 cup, chopped Onions, raw 4 serving bacon great value lower sodium 2 pan fried 6 tsp Bacon grease 3 tsp Seasoning, Tony Chachere's, The Original Creole Seasoning (1/4 tsp, 1g) (by SPARKYWATSON) 3 serving Pacific Natural Foods Organic Low Sodium Chicken Broth, 1 cup 6 cloves Garlic 1 tsp Red Chile Pepper Flakes, Crushed (by DIRTYGERDIE)
Clean and chop the Kale. Cut up 6 strips of bacon and cook, set aside. Brown onions and garlic, add remaining whole strips of bacon, kale, seasonings and broth, simmer until kale is cooked to your liking, (about 1 - 3 hours). Add in crispy bacon, serve with chicken, pork, fish, whatever you like.
