Ingredients
.5 cup, chopped Onions, raw .5 cup, chopped Peppers, sweet, red, fresh 3 serving Celery Stalk (1 med stick 7-8 in) (by SUNFLOWR) 1.5 cup Chicken Breast - Chopped or Diced 2 serving spring onions-1 medium (15g) 2 tbsp Soy sauce (tamari) 4 1tsp Sesame Oil 1 tsp ginger minced (by MOMMA371) 3 tsp coconut sugar, Madhava™ Organic (1 t) 3 serving Garlic (fresh, raw, 1 clove) (by MYWALK4LIFE) 1 serving dried red chile peppers.1 pepper (by RUMBAMEL) 0.25 cup Peanuts, Great Value Unsalted Dry Roasted Peanuts
Directions
In 2 teaspoons of sesame oil, sauté garlic and ginger. Add celery, onion and sweet pepper, sauté a few more minutes. .
Add chicken. Sauté a few more minutes.
Add soy sauce, remaining sesame oil, chili pepper, coconut sugar and simmer to desired taste and tenderness.
