2 Slices Whole Wheat Bread (light toast)1 Slice Turkey Pastrami1/2 Cup Romaine Lettuce (shredded)1 Slice Tomato4 Rings Onions1 Slice Kraft 2% Milk Singles Swiss Cheese (or any other 2% Milk Swiss)1 Tbsp Kraft Miracle Whip (fat-free)1 Tbsp VinegarDash of SaltDash of Ground Black PepperDash of Oregano
Take your lightly toasted whole wheat slices of bread and spread half the amount of the Miracle Whip on one slice and the other half on the second slice. Take one slice, top it with the swiss cheese slice and put it in a toaster oven until the cheese has melted. If a toaster oven is not available, you can spray Pam Cooking Oil on a pan and put the bread slice with cheese on that. Take the slice off the pan once the cheese has melted. Top the other slice with the lettuce, then pastrami, then onion rings, and lastly tomato slice. Now add the dash of spices (oregano, black pepper, salt). Add the vinegar on top of that and then take your melted cheese slice and complete your sandwich. This recipe makes 1 sandwich.
