Iris's Meatloaf

Ingredients
2 lbs. 93% Lean Ground Beef 0.75 cup Quaker Oats - Quick 1 Minute - Dry 1 cup Tomato Sauce, Hunts Sauce 2 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw 0.5 cup, diced Celery, raw 0.5 cup, chopped Onions, raw 0.5 cup, chopped Green Peppers (bell peppers) 0.5 tsp Garlic powder 0.5 tsp Salt 0.5 tsp Pepper, black
Directions
Pre-heat oven to 350 F. Line a 9X13 baking pan with foil. Place a baking rack in pan. Combine all ingredients reserving 0.5 cup tomato sauce. Mix until well blended. Divide into two 1 lb. loaves, place on rack in baking pan. Pour remaining tomato sauce over both loaves. Bake approximately 50-60 minutes or until juices run clear. Remove from oven, let cool 5-10 minutes, slice and serve.
