Ingredients
14.75 oz Pink Salmon - Wild Alaskan Salmon Skineless and Boneless Canned 2 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw 1 tbsp Sour Cream 2 clove Garlic 1 small Onions, raw .5 1tsp Olive Oil 1 tsp Salt 1 dash Pepper, black 1 cup Lamb's Quarters - boiled with salt (1 cup)
Directions
Sauté the onion and minced garlic in the olive oil. Then mix all ingredients and form patties on a griddle sprayed with cooking spray.

Serving Size: 5 servings of about 4 each. Makes about 20 patties
