Simple Zucchini Soup

Ingredients
8.5 cup, sliced Zucchini 32 oz Kirkland Chicken Stock 4 tsp Garlic 1 medium (2-1/2" dia) Onions, raw saltpepper
Directions
wash the vegetables and cut into large chunks. Place everything into a large soup pot and bring to a boil. Once boiling, reduce to a simmer and cook until vegetables are tender (about 20-30 min) Blend with an immersion blender. Add salt & pepper to taste. Serve warm or cold garnished with herbs & sour cream (not on ingredient list).
