Mexican pink (or pinto) beans

Ingredients
6 cup Goya Pink Beans (by CHGOMOMMA) 1 cup, chopped Onions, raw 4 clove Garlic 1 serving beef bullion cube (by NEZALHUALIXTLAN) 1.5 cup Rotel Original Diced Tomatoes & Green Chiles (by SHANIMCK) 1 tbsp Cumin seed .5 tbsp Chile Powder (by TRESEDA)
Directions
Soak beans over night, drain and add to large pot with 64 oz water(1.5 gal) . In separate pan add pan and sauté onions and garlic, once translucent add to beans. Salt and pepper to season. Add remaining items, bring to bowl, low temperature until beans start to simmer. Cook till tender
Serve over brown rice and enjoy....
If you wish, add sausage, sonked sausage,Tabasco or just about anything
