Spinach and artichoke creamy vegan pizza with cauliflower crust

3.0 clove Garlic1.5 cup Spinach, fresh0.12 cup Flour, white2.0 Tbspn Red Star, Nutritional Yeast, Vegetarian Support Formula1.0 serving canned artichoke hearts0.5 cup 365 everyday value lite coconut milk3.0 tbsp daiya cream cheese plain4.0 tsp Follow your heart vegan parmesan300.0 gram Trader Joe's cauliflower pizza crust
Follow directions on the pizza crust. In a medium frying pan add the daiya cream cheese period and chopped garlic period in a bowl whisk a quarter cup of the coconut milk with 2 tablespoons of flower. At a half a cup of coconut milk to the cream cheese garlic mixture. Turn up the heat and slowly whisk in the coconut milk flour mixture until thickened. Add spinach and artichokes sauteed until the artichokes are warm in the spinach is wilted. Add salt pepper or maybe more garlic powder to taste. Spread on the crust and bake under the broiler for couple more minutes. Until bubbling
