3 oz (85 seeds) Pumpkin seeds 2 1tsp Coconut Oil 1 serving Dates (Sun Date California Pitted; 5-6 dates) 3 cup (8 fl oz) Water, tap
Directions
Let pumpkin seeds in water for 12h, then blend it all until smooth. Add vanilla for flavour.
