1.0 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil3.0 clove Garlic24.0 oz Tyson boneless, skinless chicken breast1.0 cup, chopped Broccoli, fresh1.5 cup (8 fl oz) Chicken Broth1.0 tsp Thyme, ground0.09 cup Corn Starch
Directions
Dice chicken in to bit size pieces. Cook with all ingredients except for corn starch and brocolli When cooked through mix in corn starch to thicken Add Broccoli mix and cook covered until done Serve over brown rice or ficed cauliflower
