Watermelon Coconut Slushie

Ingredients
3 cup, diced Watermelon 11 oz Coconut Water (Zico) 11oz 4 tsp Lime Zest (by SMARTIEBEE)
Directions
Place watermelon in a single layer on a sheet pan and freeze for 2 hours or until frozen solid.

Place Watermelon in blender, add coconut water and zest, blend until slushy and smooth.

Garnish with Lime slice and serve.

Serving Size: 1 or 2 use YOUR judgement, you can freeze what you don't drink.
