Broiled Haddock

Ingredients
16 oz Haddock (fish) 1 serving Lemon, fresh squeezed, juice of one whole lemon 2 tsp Dill weed, dried .5 cup Panko Gluten Free Bread Crumbs (by JOTHVA123) 2 tbsp Butter, unsalted
Directions
Spray pan with Oil.
Wash and pat dry fish.
Squeeze lemon over fish.
Sprinkle dill over fish.
Sprinkle Panko crumbs over fish.
Place thinly sliced pieces of butter over fish.

Place under broiler on low setting (or on top rack of grill) until flaky and nicely browned. About 10 minutes. (On the grill 20)
