Bacon, Avocado, Mozzarella Fritatta

Ingredients
6 serving Farm Fresh Eggs (Medium) .5 cup Cheese, Kroger Part Skim Mozzarella Cheese Shredded 2 serving 1/2 fresh avocado .25 tsp Salt .25 tsp Pepper, black .5 cup Milk, 2%, with added nonfat milk solids, without added vit A 3 serving Hormel Natural Choice Uncured Bacon
Directions
Whisk eggs, add salt and pepper. Cook bacon and crumble. Add bacon, avocado (cubed) and cheese to egg mixture. Spray a baking dish pie plate or any shape will work (I used my small rectangle Pioneer Woman baking dish and it worked fantastic) and pour egg mixture in. Bake at 350 for 30 minutes, rotating half way through.
