Simple Keto instant pot chili

Ingredients
2.50 tbsp Chili powder 1 tsp Cumin seed 1 tsp Garlic powder 1 tbsp Coconut Oil 1 clove Garlic 1 medium (2-1/2" dia) Onions, raw 2 small (4" long) Banana Peppers 1 pepper Jalapeno Peppers 3.50 cup Hunt's Fire Roasted Diced Tomato 1 tbsp Bragg Apple Cider Vinegar 16 oz Simple Truth Organic Grass Fed Ground Beef 1 pepper Serrano Peppers
Directions
Sautee chopped diced onions and peppers in Instant Pot. Brown ground beef. Add tomatoes and seasonings. Salt/pepper to taste. Add bay leaf. Add half cup water or other cooking liquid. Cook on high pressure for 15. If too thin after releasing, use Sautee function for 5-10 minutes to burn off the extra liquid.
