Gazpacho

Ingredients
1 large whole (3" dia) Red Ripe Tomatoes 1 medium Cucumber (peeled) 1 small Onions, raw .5 medium (approx 2-3/4" long, 2- Sweet peppers (bell) 0.5 can (6 oz) Tomato Paste 2 tsp Lime Juice - ReaLime 100% Lime Juice 2 tsp Granulated Sugar 1 dash Salt 1 dash Pepper, black 1 clove Garlic
Directions
Chop the vegetables roughly. Place everything in a bowl, and use the stick blender to puree it. Mix it as much as you desire. Adjust the salt, pepper, and lime, to suit your taste.
