Broccoli Stuffed Chicken Breast w/Mozzarella & Parmesan Cheese

Ingredients
2 oz Mozzarella Cheese, part skim milk 1 oz Parmesan Cheese, grated .5 serving Bacon - Farmland Thick Sliced Bacon .25 cup Bread crumbs, dry, grated, plain .25 cup Mushrooms, canned 6 ounces Chicken Breast (cooked), no skin, roasted 0.25 cup Green Giant Frozen Brocolli & Three Cheese Sauce
Directions
Start with 2 Boneless Skinless Chicken Breasts. Flatten chicken to about 1/8 inch. Season as desired. Heat the broccoli and cheese box with garlic and onion powder in a small amount of oil; add in Mozzarella and small amount of Parmesan. Heat up. Place 2 TBS filling on each chicken. Roll up and secure with toothpicks. Place in baking dish. Coat each chicken with a little oil and then coat with bread crumbs mixed with 1 oz Parmesan Cheese. Bake on 425 for 25 minutes or until chicken is completely cooked. Enjoy!
