Chorreadas Ticas caseras

Ingredients
600 grams Sweet Corn, Fresh 35 grams Flour, white 30 grams Granulated Sugar 2 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw 1 dash Salt 1 cup Dairy, Milk - Whole - 1 cup To Cook: 8 pat (1" sq, 1/3" high) Butter, unsalted
Directions
Blend all ingredients together to form a batter.

For each chorreada, put 1 pat of butter on a 6in pan, medium heat, add batter and fry.

Cook 2-3 minutes each side


Serving Size: Makes about 8 chorreadas (6in - 125g each)
