L.R. grilled summer squash

Ingredients
8 cups summer squash, halved lengthwise1-1/2 T. oilonion salt to tastegarlic powder to taste1/2 T. butter
Directions
Place squash in a large bowl. Pour oil over and sprinkle with seasonings. Toss with hands until coated. Grill over medium high heat, turning once. Be carefull not to burn the skin side. When tender when pierced with a fork, place in a covered dish. Dot with butter. Let melt, then toss. Serve immediately. Makes 4 large 1-cup servings.
