Strawberry Smoothie

Ingredients
Dannon fat free plain yogurt, 1 cup Milk, nonfat, 1 cup Pudding (dry) Vanilla, half boxStrawberries, frozen, unsweetened, half package (20 oz)
Directions
Blend all ingredients together using a blender.

*Note: you can use any flavor of sugar free pudding you want. They make a really good one called Cheese cake pudding. Mix it with any fruit and it's like you're eating a piece of cheese cake with fruit topping!! You can also use any fruit that you want.

    I tried this. It had a weird taste like the jello or something wasn't right. I used cheesecake pudding too. It had a good flavor but was not sweet at all. Kinda too strong for us. - 3/19/07
