2.0 stick Butter, salted1.0 cup, shredded Swiss Cheese0.5 cup Yellow Mustard20.0 serving Louis Rich Turkey Bacon (1 slice)1.5 cup, chopped or diced Broccoli, fresh1.5 cup, diced Celery, raw1.0 large Onions, raw1.0 cup Peas and carrots, frozen20.0 oz Ground beef5.0 serving Hellmann's , Carb Options Low Calorie Ketchup, 1 Tbsp1.25 cup Kraft Finely Shredded Sharp Cheddar Cheese16.0 oz Velveeta Cheese Product5.0 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil2.2 cup Pacific Natural Foods Organic Beef Broth, 1 cup 5.0 tsp Mrs. Dash (R) Garlic & Herb Seasoning Blend3.0 serving Green Onion (fresh-1 stalk)1.5 cup, fluid (yields 2 cups whipped) Heavy Whipping Cream2.0 cup pieces Mushrooms, cooked
Directions
Cook bacon broccoli celery and butter and herbs. Roast in oven until crispy. Brown ground beef and onions add mushrooms if you wish. Add a small amount of beef broth if necessary. Find beef broth heavy cream and all other ingredients in pan. Add Velveeta and chunks and start to stir. Then add shredded cheeses peas green onions. Bring it to a boil. Then simmer until thick. Serving Size: 1 ladle
