Mushroom onion Marsala sauce

0.4 large Onions, raw 1 cup, pieces or slices Mushrooms, fresh 1 cup Chicken Stock 0.5 cup Wine, Marsala1 clove garlicSalt and pepper to taste
Prepare a pan with spray oil. Chop onions into small pieces and cook five minutes. Crush garlic and add to pan. Chop mushrooms and put in pan, cooking until cooked through, 5-10 minutes. Add water to the pan if needed. Add chicken stock and wine. Boil until reduced by half. Thicken with flour or cornstarch if desired.
